About us

Cruise1st Australia, located on the North Shore is the Sydney branch of global online cruise retail company Dreamlines GmbH based in of Hamburg, Germany.  This exciting travel company operates in seven countries around the world and is dedicated to a global growth strategy. Dreamlines trades in Australia as Cruise1st. 

What are we looking for?

  • Travel industry experience 
  • Convenient North Sydney office and/or ability to work flexible hours from a home-based office anywhere in Australia (rotating rosters with weekend and midweek shifts to 7PM). The 1 weeks full-time paid training is at our North Sydney office, 9AM to 5PM. Full time hours = 38 hour week
  • Ability to be flexible with hours & days to cover leave and peak periods
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional standards in sales and customer service
  • Technical and computer literacy
  • Common sense and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient with booking travel supplier and Air booking systems
  • Current legal entitlement to work permanently and unrestricted in Australia, we cannot provide sponsorship or part-time hours.
