Job Description

London based HQ for Global  Attraction Group seeks a Global Sales Support Manager to support the travel trade and local sales agents throughout their global offices. This will involve helping new travel trade and B2B clients set up on systems, train new partners, provide ongoing sales and marketing support and creating best practise to optimise sales. You will also project manage the companies local sales agents on projects like creation and distribution of  global sales kits

We seek candidates who have managerial experience within the tourism industry, proven knowledge of relationship management, systems and project management and an understanding of sales and marketing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:  

  • Supporting global sales teams
  • Project management
  • On boarding of new partners and ongoing support to existing B2B clients
  • Account management of key clients – managing partner relationships with key clients
  • Budget management
  • Providing marketing support
  • Event planning such as trade shows and exhibition, award ceremonies and receptions
  • International travel to meet their global offices and key clients
  • Liaising with commercial teams in sales, marketing, finance, IT and board level

 Experience & skills required:

  • Be fluent in English (2nd European language useful)
  • Experience of working in sales support
  • Man management experience
  • Proven organisational and communication skills
