Job Description

London based tourism group with global offices and products specialising in the attraction and visitor experience industry is recruiting a Global Trade Sales Manager to specialise in the Spanish and Italian travel markets.

We seek candidates who have experience working in sales, contracting or account management within the tourism sector who are highly motivated and who have sales and account management experience or proven skills developing relationships within the tourism industry. You should have fluent Spanish – Italian would be useful too essential.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account managing Spanish and Italian based travel agents, tour operators, online travel, DMC’s and wholesalers who currently buy the companies global products or have the potential to
  • Responsible for managing all relationships and review and design online and offline promotional material
  • Design innovative promotional campaigns and incentives for travel staff
  • Negotiate financial structure and create contracts
  • Review online campaigns and design and deliver training for external clients

Experience & skills required:

  • Be fluent in English and Spanish (Italian useful)
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the tourism industry
  • Ability to work with all levels of seniority
  • Ability to work for deadlines and targets
  • Experience working within the online travel community preferred
  • Be a team player
  • Be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills
