The Head of Sales – South is a key member of the organisation’s sales leadership team, supporting the MD/Director of Sales with the delivery of the distribution strategy. They will take charge of managing Head Office relationships and commercial terms with the key travel retail groups and networks in their region, and provide leadership, motivation and personal development to a team of 4 Regional Sales Managers. They will use their exceptional and extensive account management skills and experience to deliver maximum ROI across their account portfolio. They should inspire their team and lead them to deliver the sales and marketing strategies in the field.   • Extensive experience in sales and account management in travel or FMCG environment
  • Proven success in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Proven success in the development of key account management and acquisition strategy
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation is preferable
  • Commercially astute and analytically strong
  • Innovative and creative approach, able to inspire others
  • Able to manage budgets and forecasts
