Job Description

Our client, a leader in its field, is seeking a dynamic and innovative marketing professional with strong B2B experience, to develop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing plan for the UK & Ireland markets. Relationship management is key in this role, working in close partnership with the sales team and the travel trade clients to ensure appropriate cooperative marketing activities and tools are in place to maximise sales. The role will drive the agenda for the trade, working with internal teams in PR & Social to maximise trade PR, Brand and Trade Training to ensure all trade communications are brand consistent and oversee the efficient distribution of brochures. Responsibility for managing external creative and media agency relationships to fulfil trade activities and building and implementing a robust trade research programme. The individual will manage and develop a Trade Marketing Executive and have day to day budgetary responsibility.

 

Proven B2B marketing experience ideally gained within the travel or FMCG industry sectors

Demonstrated success in implementing high impact and creative marketing campaigns

Matrix organisation experience preferable

Experience managing and motivating a team

A professional qualification in marketing would be ideal
